It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianna Carter (Carencro, Louisiana), who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Antoine and Antonia Antoine; her brother Steven Handy; her parents-in-law, Leroy Carter, Sr. and Ruby Carter; and her granddaughter Ellegance Macon.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Rogers Carter; and her children, Tyrell Carter, Michael Edmond, Rogers Adam Carter and Brandy Macon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
