She is survived by: her daughters, Blanche Walker (Scotty) of Lafayette, Trudy Zaunbrecher (Richard) of Maurice and Jessica Conques (Derek Bourque) of Broussard; her grandchildren, Dominique "Nikki" Zaunbrecher, Danielle Morvant and Sierra Morvant; her stepgrandchildren, Kiersten Bourque and Connor Bourque; her godson Keith Britten; and her sisters, Delta Allemond of Carencro, Dorothy Duhon (Eric) of Carencro and Priscilla Allemond of Carencro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
