He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude, Emma Lou Bourque, John Earl and Laura Dean Cormier; his stepson Sage Michael Boyer; and his aunt Lisa Cormier.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Cormier; his siblings, Covi and Chris Artigue; his father Terry John Cormier (Deborah); his nephews, Saelon Richard and Lucas Artigue; his stepfather Neal Stelly; his stepsiblings, Derrek Fulps, Chris Fulps, Noel Alfred, Brittany Alfred and Paige Alfred; his godparents, Karen Bourque and Keith Simmons; his uncle Bryan Bourque (Karla); his aunts, Pam Credeur (Keith "Flap") and Cindy Cole (Kenneth); his cousins, Sharon, Jude, Danielle, Ashley, Toby, Cody, Grant, Brooke, Eric, James and Brentlyn; his former wife Patience Patin; and also Kayden Boyer. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
