He is survived by: his great grandchild Colby B. Guilbeau (Susan); his grandchildren, Lisa Giles (John), Nikki and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Emma, Annie and Olivia; his daughter Roxanne Guilbeau Provost (Chuck); his grandson Brandon Charles Provost (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Jolie, Cora, Cole and Layla; his granddaughter Dr. Karli Provost Goldstein (Eric); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Amelie; his stepson James R. White, Sr. (Melissa); his stepgrandson Dr. James R. White, Jr. (Elizabeth); his children, Evelyn, Liam, Emory, Ellington, Jesse White (Brianne), Jude (Julianne Rose), Dr. Jeremy White (Caroline) and George (Mary Martin); his stepgranddaughter Jaime White Russo (Anthony); and his stepgreat-granddaughter Parker White. He is also survived by his two children, five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in the name of Carrol Guilbeau be made to Heart of Hospice or St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Carencro.
