He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Wayne Hernandez (Claudia) and Debra Ann Dalman. He is survived by: his children, Jason Hernandez (Caitlin) of Gonzales and Jaime Domec (John) of Broussard; his grandchildren, Camille Claire Hernandez, Emma Lea Domec and Allie Grace Domec; his parents, Herbert Joseph Hernandez and Lynette Marie Nicolle; his brother-in-law David Dalman; and his nieces and nephews, Nicki Stroup (Tony), Lauri Mauldin (Jeff), Michael Dalman (Hannah) and T. J. Dalman (Torie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home Chapel (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
