It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Babineaux Williams of Carencro, Louisiana, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leo J. Williams; her parents, Allen Babineaux and Verna Mae Woods; her brothers, Alex Joseph Brown, Joseph Edmond Brown and Richard Ray Woods; and her great grandchild Haedyn James Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Babineaux of Carencro and Patricia Babineaux of Houston, TX; her stepchildren, Leo James Williams of Carencro and Valerie Williams-Goode of Pearland, TX; her siblings, Joseph "June" Rideaux (Gloria) of Carencro, Ronald J. Brown, Sr. (Debra) of Opelousas, Donald Ray Brown of Odessa, TX, Corrine Rideaux (Stanford) of Carencro, Jo Ann Brown of Carencro, Marie Savoy of Carencro, Dianne Thomas (Johnny) of Carencro, Delores Sampy of Carencro, Mary Brown of Carencro and LeeAnna Guilbeaux (Pauly) of Sunset; her brother-in-law Clifford "Boo" Williams (Lorita) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Tyra Porter, John Porter, Jr. (Javone), Jeremy Porter, Jacoby Porter, Jaslyn Babineaux and Terrianna Richard; and her stepgrandchildren, Michelle Williams and Welby Goode. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
