He was predeceased by: his wife Shelby Jane Nepveux; his parents, Lee Roy Nepveux and Ruby Duhon; and his brother Leroy Nepveux. He is survived by: his children, Lee Nepveux, Jay Nepveux (Mitzie) and Connie Arceneaux (Burt) of Carencro; his grandchildren, Amy Vitte (Bart), Christopher "Bubba" Nepveux (Kodi), Ashley Nicole Thomas (Mike, Sr.), Christi Arceneaux and Joshua Nepveux; his great grandchildren, Shelby Vitte, Graeson Vitte, Ashlyn Vitte, Jules Vitte, Anthony Nepveux, Laila Nepveux, Audrey Nepveux, Keyleigh Domingue and Michael Thomas, Jr.; his siblings, Stanley Nepveux of Crowley, Lurleen Barras (Oswald) of Lafayette, Mildred Myers of Youngsville and Leona Poston (Fred) of Dallas, TX; and his stepbrother Presley Viator (Debbie) of Lake Charles.
