He was predeceased by: his parents, Ursin Menard and Dora Venable; and his siblings, Leray Menard, Nathan Menard, Leroy Menard, Virgie Menard Martin, Verlace Menard, Genevieve Menard and Rosanell Menard.
He is survived by: his brother Clayton Menard (Dorothy); his godchildren, Linda Menard Miller, Keith Menard and Ashley Menard; and his pets, Betsy and Rex. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
