He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Robert Lowe and Ruth Carpenter Lowe; his wife Sue; his daughter Susan Stiles; and his sister Martha Lowe Killian.
He is survived by: his son James Milam (Bo); his son-in-law David Stiles; and his sisters, Mary Lowe Wood and Melinda Lowe Garrett. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Services Remembering And.
