With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Lynn Franks of Calvin, Louisiana, born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lynn Garrett Franks; and her brother Michael Franks. She is survived by: her father Louis A. Franks; her sister-in-law Sue Franks; her nephew Shaun Franks; and her pets, Daniel and Lilly. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a local animal rescue or shelter in Karen's memory.
