He was predeceased by: his parents, Denman Kieffer and Johnnie Bell Cloud; and his half-brothers, Roy Kelly and J. L. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Bartlett Kieffer; his children, Celisa Smith (David Smith) of Baton Rouge, LA and Spencer Kieffer (Bonnie Kieffer) of Calvin, LA; his grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Tyler Smith, Kacie Kieffer and Kallie Kieffer; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Chandler, Steve Bartlett (Kathy Bartlett) and Rity Vidrine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
