He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kelly, Jr. and Mamie Kelly; his brothers, Billy Joe Kelly and Jerry Kelly; and his grandson Robert Wayne Brooks, III.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Kelly; his daughter Cindy Brooks (John McMorris); his grandchildren, Jared Brooks, Aaron Brooks, Faith Brooks and Samuel Brooks; and his sister Jean Baugh (Alex). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
