He is survived by: his wife Pam Stokes Riggin; his children, Laine McDougal (Reggie), Monica Frost (Bubba), Joey Riggin (Hannah) and Holly Gray (Mark); his sister Gloria Riggin; and his grandchildren, Kallan Mulhearn, Sarah Mulhearn Haines (Anthony), Reese McDougal Stuart (Tommy), Trey Frost, Tristen Frost, Lauren Milam (Matt), A. J. Holland, Ashlyn Riggin and Addie Grace Riggin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Hasley Cemetery (1500 Arkansas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
