He is survived by: his wife Pam Stokes Riggin; his children, Laine McDougal (Reggie), Monica Frost (Bubba), Joey Riggin (Hannah) and Holly Gray (Mark); his sister Gloria Riggin; and his grandchildren, Kallan Mulhearn, Sarah Mulhearn Haines (Anthony), Reese McDougal Stuart (Tommy), Trey Frost, Tristen Frost, Lauren Milam (Matt), A. J. Holland, Ashlyn Riggin and Addie Grace Riggin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
