He was predeceased by: his former wife Glenda Marchbanks Chapman (Linda Caples Chapman); and his siblings, Mildred, Lora, Sybil, Oliver, Garrett, Ed, Ruth and David.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Chapman, Mike Chapman (Malinda), Kim Sellers (Rodney), Lisa Lynch (Guy) and Chris Canterberry (Lee). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
