He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fields and Thelma Fields; his grandmother Margaret Bane; his sisters, Patsy Eaker and Charline Templeton; his niece Buffy Reese; and his sister-in-law Kathy Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Fields; his sister-in-law Alice Waller (Doug); and his niece Tara Waller. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
