He was predeceased by: his parents, Pervis Henley, Sr. and Elva B. McCurry. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Cotten Henley; and his children, Johnny Keith Henley, Kristy Calloway (Gary) and Brandy Conville (Don).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests offerings of any amount be made to Amazing Grace Worship Center in Johnny's name.
