He is survived by: his sons, Travis Lewis (Gabrielle), Joseph Holder Jr., Michael Holder and Bliss; his brother Jack Holder (Sharon); his sister-in-law Lenora Holder; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Billy Wayne), Ryan Lewis (Madeline), Sarah Lewis, Gage, Charlee Holder, Joshua Lewis and Ruby Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Adeline, Tucker and Asher; and also Charlotte Bingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
