He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neal and Lavinia Tullos Neal; and his sister Dianne Neal. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tucker Neal; his daughter Jody Neal Stratton (Ronald Stratton Jr.); his grandchildren, Michelle, Tyler Hawthorne, Emily Stratton and Rhonda Stratton; and his sister Haley Denise Troxel. He is also survived by 3 Great-grandchildren.
