He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Gordon and Lois Marie Gordon; his granddaughter Audrey Leigh Gordon; his parents-in-law, Earl Gould and Audrey Gould; his sisters-in-law, Rena Capps and Julie Ferguson Gould; his nephew Zachary Tyler Warner; and his sister Marie Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Gordon; his children, Fred Earl Jackson (Chynna), Charles Lorin Gordon (Bobbi) and Laura Beth Hurd; his adoptive sons, Elijah James Gordon and Malachi Austin Gordon; his grandchildren, Madalyn Grayce Gordon, Trace Axle Gordon, Tasia McKee, Halle Rae Bell, Cody Fleming, Jackson Dale Gordon, Hunter Lane Gordon and Klayton Jase Alton Gordon; his siblings, Essie Askin and Paul (Lynda Gordon); and his sister-in-law Kate Gould.
