He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea R. McIntosh; his parents, Floyd McIntosh and Lois McIntosh; and his siblings, Virginia Mitchell, Jerry McIntosh and James Mcintosh.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Neal McIntosh (Diane) and Christopher Ross McIntosh (Gloria); his grandchildren, Aleksander McIntosh, Ava McIntosh, Eleanor McIntosh and Charlotte McIntosh; and his brother Richard "Dickie" McIntosh (Marilyn McIntosh).
