She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Roye and Virginia Howard Roye; and her sister Beatrice Beach. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Thompson; her children, Sandra Spivey (Stuart), Kristy Ross (Chris) and Tim Thompson (Shannon Rials); and her grandchildren, Colin Spivey, Regan Ross, Claire Ross, Savannah Spivey, Ty Thompson and Caleb Ross. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
