He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Myka Allen, Charlie Tolar and Shawn Tolar; his siblings, Chuck Tolar (Cherry) and Charlene Maxwell (James); his parents-in-law, Robert and Elaine Shivor; and his sisters-in-law, Debi Jackson (David), Kyle Barker (Jason) and Wendy Williams (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
