She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Cook; her parents, Jesse James Wallace and Estelle Wallace; her sister Doris Spatafora; and her niece Donna Maples.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Allen (Rodney) and Lisa Roy (Larry); her cousins, Sandra Carrier and Jane Hanson; her nephew Greg Spatafora; her brother Danny Wallace; her grandchildren, Tyler Allen, Seth Allen, Christian Roy, Jeremy Roy and Aiden Roy; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Allen, Rori-Jean Allen and Evie Allen.
