He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl King Talbert and William Wiggins; and his grandparents, Walter and Lillian King. He is survived by: his children, Billy Wayne Wiggins, Jr. (Amanda) and Summer Wiggins Varnell (Joey); his siblings, Barbara Boyett (Charles), Jimbo Wiggins (Martha), Kay Walters, Rosemary Bergeron (Brent), Terry Wiggins (Laurie), Sherry Freeland (Ted) and Mitchell Wiggins (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Morgan Wiggins, Peyton Wiggins, Cassidy Varnell and Garrett Varnell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
