It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Joseph Guilbeau (Butte Larose, Louisiana), who passed away on April 19, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julien Guilbeau, Sr. and Josephine Guidry Guilbeau; and his siblings, Beatrice Camile Guilbeau and Julien Ramsey Guilbeau, Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Faye Guidry Hebert of Butte LaRose; and his children, Charles A. Guilbeau (Annette) of Lafayette, Julie Duplantis (Ron) of Scott and Deanie Hargrave (David) of Lafayette. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
