He was predeceased by: his sisters, Agnes, Eula and Gladys; and his grandson Carter Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Janelle Thomas; his sons, Avery Thomas (Desiree Thomas) of Butte LaRose, LA, Carroll Thomas, Jr. (Lois Thomas) of Las Vegas and Cody Thomas; and his sister Verna LaLonde (TBoy LaLonde) of Lafayette, LA.
