He is survived by: his father Raymond Leroy Carter (Kimberly Rogers Smith); his son Wyatt Austin Carter; his siblings, Janice Carter, Larry Carter (Amber) and Shannon Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Ann Carter, Nathan Cody Carter, Lilly Mae Carter, Brittany and Leslie Carter.

In Lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Kimberly Smith.
