She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Edward Mizell, Sr.; her sons, Leslie Edward Mizell, Jr. and Walter "Moo" Mizell; her parents, Charles Holden and Ester Holden Whatley; and her sister Juanita Ballard.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Mizell (Melinda) of Bush, LA and Clifton Mizell of Bush, LA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
