He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Holden Spell; and his grandparents, Sidney, Frances Spell, Horace "Red" Holden and Doris Holden.
He is survived by: his father Robert Spell (Rose Spell); his children, Emily Spell, Meagan Spell, Weston Spell, Kaitlynn Spell and Dakota Spell; and his siblings, Shannon Spell and Dawn Beckes (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
