He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Bealer O'Brien; his children, John Daniel O'Brien, III, David Todd O'Brien (Lynn Stonner O'Brien) and Rebecca Elizabeth O'Brien; his grandchildren, David Todd O'Brien, II, Madison Belle O'Brien, Christian Blake O'Brien and Violet AnnaMae O'Brien; and his siblings, Sharon O'Brien, Susan O'Brien Van Loon, Anne O'Brien and Patrick O'Brien.
