He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Willis and Lela Thompson Willis; his son Wayne Willis; and his siblings, Dorothy Willis King, Clinton Willis, Curtis Willis, Cloie Willis Anderson and Patsy Willis Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Earlene Spell Willis; his daughters, Debbie Penton Fletcher of Bogalusa, Louisiana and Karen Hebert (Ed) of Monticello; his grandson Jeremy Penton (Kristy); and his children, Amber Vargas (Carlos), Patrick Penton (Mechelle), Ashley Cobb (Levi) and Austin Hebert. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
