He is survived by: his wife Julilynn Hooge; his son Keith Hooge (Mary); his grandchildren, Jonathan Hooge and Dawn Hooge; his great grandchildren, Jeremy Bernadas, Brielle Bernadas, Myleigh Inthavong and Preston Hooge; and his sister Esther Pfiffer.
