He was predeceased by: his brother Vincent Scarabin Jr. (Survived); his nephew Mathew Earl; and his parents, Vincent R. Scarabin and Catherine Rose Cordes Scarabin. He is survived by: his wife Janie Franicevich Scarabin; his sons, Theodore "Ted" Scarabin (Dana) and Scott A. Scarabin; his grandchildren, Joshua Nolen, Mathew Scarabin (Amber), Trey Scarabin (Brittany) and Richard Scarabin; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Nolen, Waylon Nolen, Ivy Nolen, Rhett Scarabin and Harper Scarabin; his siblings, Margaret Boudreaux (Wayne) and Randolph Scarabin (Survived); his siblings-in-law, Sally Frankovich (Vlaho), Mallory Mays (Gary) and Patricia Arkinson (John); and his nieces and nephews, Faith S. Parchman, Michael Van Havenbeke, Brian Van Havenbeke, Jason Van Havenbeke, Randolph Scarabin, Jr., Jessica Scarabin, Dwan Earl, Arthur Earl, Anthony Frankovich (Shannon), Andrea Galmiche (Anthony), Gena Ragas (Brent) and David Mays (Paige).
Due to the COVID Pandemic, attendees are limited to 100 persons. All attendees are to wear a face mask during the duration of the visitation and Mass.
