He was predeceased by: his parents, Didia "Junior" Anthony Guidry, Jr. and Judy Ann Courteaux Guidry. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashlyn G. Theriot (Rusty), Starlyn G. Belanger (Dylan), Katelyn Guidry and Jadelynn Guidry; his brothers, Scottie Guidry and Randy Guidry (Amy); his stepbrother Perry Courteaux; and his sister Hope G. McDuffie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
