He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jackie Lemoine Rachal; his parents, Octave Rachal and Sue Newman Rachal; his siblings, Alice Rachal, Claude Stone and Leonard Rachal; and his children, Georgia Rachal of Bunkie, Mary Rebecca "Becky" Rachal of Turkey Creek, Robert Wayne Rachal (Shirley) of Grand Cane, LA and James "Jimmy" Rachal (Pam') of St. Landry. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and his one great, great grandchild and his niece and two nephews.
