Reta Winona Cochran Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reta Winona Cochran (Bunkie, Louisiana), who passed away on May 15, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Gerald Ormsby and Clarice Calloway Ormsby; her husband Jack Backman Cochran; and her brother Gerald Tim Ormsby. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Guidry (Gil) of Baton Rouge, Geraldine Wheatley (Tommy) of Baton Rouge, Jane Sykes (Wade) of Lakeland, FL and Bert Cochran (Tara) of Woodworth. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the rebuilding fund for the David Haas United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 680, Bunkie, LA 71322.
