He is survived by: his mother Jacquelyn Louise Bacon Clayton of Bunkie, Louisiana.; his wife Monica Ardoin Clayton; his children, Dejah Ardoin and Dyon Gatewood; his grandchildren, Tra and Veyonna "Maddie" Jones; and his sister LaRosa Vern Clayton. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
