She is survived by: her daughter Bessie Mae LaDay Johnson; her grandchildren, Bridgette LaDay Fulton of Bunkie, LA and Daniel LaDay Sr.; her great grandchildren, Kayla LaDay, Je'Quila LaDay and Daniel LaDay Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Kalieona, Kyrenoa Frank and Ja'Shawn LaDay; her children, Mary Lee Curtis and Otis Baker; her siblings, Ounitha Scott (Baton) and James Hayward (Baton); her nephew Dr. Earl Harris Jr. (Grand); her cousins, Sally Rivera, Mildred Compton and Lena Simmons; her godchildren, Kendrick Compton, Thesia Wade Germain and Wilson Germain; and her close friends, Doretha P. Wade and Rebecca Moore.
