He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles 'Charlie" and Lucille Lemoine Hazelton of St. Landry; his wife Delores Deselle Hazelton; his siblings, Joanna Hazelton, Glayds Humphey (George) and Charles 'Chippy Hazelton (Lorraine); and his half-brother Jessie Strange (Annie Mae) of Centerpoint.
He is survived by: his son Kenny Hazelton (Dorothy) of Bunkie; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Normand (Timmy) of Marksville, Ryan Hazelton (Kelli) of Plaucheville and Chelsey Hazelton of Bunkie.
