He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Latz and Lottie Repine Latz. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gross Latz; his brother John T. Latz; his children, Kirsten Martin (Andrew), Matthew Latz and Derek Latz (Kelsey); and his grandchildren, Peyton Miley, Benjamin Martin, Grace Martin, Brady Latz and Dillon Disotel.
