Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Irvin leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his son Blake LaFleur; and his parents, Aubin LaFleur and Mattie LaFleur. He is survived by: his wife Mary LaFleur of Bayou Chicot; his brother-in-law Emery Soileau (Jaslen) of Bayou Chicot; and his nephews, Greg Soileau (Lisa) of Eunice, Blaine Soileau of Eunice and Chuck Soileau of Lafayette. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sanctuary Assembly of God (3375 LA-115, Bunkie, LA 71322). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
