He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his parents, Haas Whittington and Beulah Whittington; and his brother Trent Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Whittington (Jean) of Blackwell, OK, Mike Whittington (Lynda) of Bunkie, Marilynn Fontenot (Randy) of Bunkie and Clay Whittington (Maria) of Bunkie; and his grandchildren, Melissa Scroggins, Kacie Lee, Robert Whittington, Brandon Fontenot, Brooke Normand, Scott Whittington, Paige Laborde, Jordan Whittington, Todd Whittington, Todd Rowe, William Stone and Jimmy Stone. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
