He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Richardson Palermo; his daughter Stacie Lynn Palermo; his parents, Frank, Jr. Palermo and Rella Johnson Palermo; and his brothers, Frank Charles "P. T." Palermo, III and Vincent Palermo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cherie Palermo of Bunkie and Monica P. Hernandez (Dario) of Bunkie; his brother Anthony Palermo (Ada) of Delhi; and his grandchildren, Felicia Palermo, Joshua Palermo, Erica Ferguson, Alaina Hernandez, Marli Gonzales, Juan Carlos Hernandez, Damon Hernandez and Dylan Hernandez. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
