He is survived by: his children, Christine Annette Prather (Barry) of Eunice, Belinda Kay Foret (Leroy) of Plaucheville, Rosalind Ann Middlebrooks of Marksville, Charles Ray Middlebrooks, Jr. (Bernadine) of Bunkie and Roderic L. Middlebrooks of Bunkie; and his siblings, Myrtis Lee Dudley (Ronald) of Cypress, TX, Margaret Vidrine of Bunkie, Gerald Middlebrooks of Bunkie and Norman Allen Middlebrooks (Sharon) of Eunice. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty-eight grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
