He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Dauzat, Sr. and Marie Alida Jeansonne Dauzat; his stepfather Ferdie Fontenot, Sr.; and his brother Ellis Joseph Dauzat, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Faye Dauzat of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Derek Paul Eaves of Forest Hill, Donna Guillory (Jerry) of Thibodaux, Alisha Pearson (Randle) of Pineville and Sandy Grabowski (Jody) of Alexandria; his great grandchildren, Ashleigh Eaves, Karli Dauzat (Justin), Alexis Pearson, Emily Grabowski, Tyler Adams, Bradley Gaspard, Justin Guillory, Jacob Guillory, John Michael Guillory, Dillan Pearson and Nick Grabowski; his great great grandchildren, Bentley Dauzat, Colton Dauzat and Cameron Grabowski; and his siblings, Lela Mae Bordelon of Alexandria, Elster Dauzat of Leesville and Ferdie Fontenot, Jr. of Turkey Creek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
