He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Belle Williams; his siblings, Tommy Williams, Bill Williams and Sue Ferguson; and his parents-in-law, Emile Touchet and Amelia Schexnayder Touchet.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Touchet Williams; his children, Debra Jean Williams Zimmer (George T. Zimmer, Jr), Kenneth R. Williams (Mona Landry Williams) and Brian Heath Williams (Rachael Cramer Williams); and his brother Bob Williams. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
