With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Gibson Cheek of Brusly, Louisiana, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on July 8, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Darryl "Cheekie" Cheek; her parents, Harold Gibson and Eula Mae McLain Gibson; and her siblings, Mary Riedlinger, Donald and Harold "Buddy", Jr..
She is survived by: her close friend Clarence "Bubbie" Dupont; her daughter Shannon Snow; her stepchildren, Jason Corrent (Shana) and Nikki Hebert (Bubba); her grandchildren, Kody Bourgeois, Kristen Edwards (John) and Katie Bourgeois; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Destin, Shane, Jr., Hebert, Anna Mcgee, Gabby Edwards, Kody Bourgeois, II and Katherine Bourgeois; her sisters, Waneese Voisin and Helen Cavin; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy and Edith Gibson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
