She was predeceased by: her husband Louis "Bro" Murrell Marionneaux, Jr.; her daughter Rhonda Emberton; her grandson Ronnie Scott, Jr.; her parents, Willie Pourciau and Lydia David Pourciau; her siblings, Vera Norwood and Joseph Pourciau; her former husband Eli Scott; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Althea Parker and Jewell Ann Silver.

She is survived by: her children, Linda (Steve Stockton), Vickie (Keith Landry), Danny (Lindsey Scott), Ronnie (Mark Scott-Poirrier), Louis III (Stacy Marionneaux) and Paul (Evie Marionneaux). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
