He is survived by: his wife Jeanette V. Tabler; his brother Bill Tabler (Mary); and his children, Vincent Tabler (Cynthia), Deborah Tabler, Victoria T. Daisy (Jeff), Tammy T. Carlos, Dale (Melissa), G. Melvin, C. Kelvin (Evie), Troy Abbott (Bonnie) and Janet A. Mosley. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
