Wallace Mayer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Mayer in Broussard, Louisiana, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Ruth Mayer; his children, Dale Mayer and Elaine Mayer; and his siblings, Lawrence, Margaret, Joseph Volcar Jr., Elizabeth, Mary Adeline, Mildred, Robert, Roy, Volcar Joseph, James, Logan, Francis and Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Dixon (Paul) and Karen Mayer; his granddaughters, Amanda Sands Olivier (Ramsey), Miranda Mayer, Melanie Cormier and Trina Mayer; and his brother Volly Mayer. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
